Financial Information

During your visit, we will present a dental treatment plan to you, which will cover the immediate and long term treatment necessary to support your dental health. Before we start the treatment, we will estimate the total fees for services, estimated insurance coverage, and estimated patient responsibility. Please note that these are only estimates and the actual cost, especially with insurance coverage which will be finalized only after the claim is submitted to the insurance company.

Dental Insurance

We welcome all insurances. We are in-network for all the major insurances. We are more than happy to work with your insurance company to help you maximize your insurance benefits, filing insurance claims for you, and accepting direct payment. It is important to understand that your insurance plan agreement lets the insurance company decide the amount they will pay for each procedure. Any difference between this amount and our fee will be your responsibility.

If you have any questions, please contact our office and we would be happy to answer them.
